Judy & Tom Waind

Tom has been a broker and Judy a salesperson since 1978. Tom and I are members of the North Dakota Association of Realtors as well as the National Association of Realtors. We both have our CRS Designation, and are Certified Real Estate Specialists. Tom also as his GRI Designation, and Graduate Real Estate Institute. Tom was an independent insurance agent for 37 years and Judy taught elementary education for 26 years. We both graduated from Mayville State University. We became members of the Lake Metigoshe Community in 2003. We feel very fortunate to have gained many new friendships here in the Bottineau area, as well as renewing some old ones. Tom and I are excited about our venture in life. We have fallen in love the beauty of this area and its people; guess the “Metigoshe Magic” got us. We list residential, lake, land, and commercials properties. The rate for residential and commercials lists start at 4%. Land will be listed at a 2% commission. We look forward to serving you!
